Learning in Freedom

Welcome to Learning in Freedom, a blog all about the learning adventures (and mishaps) of the Allen family. My four children are unschooled, following their interests and passions every day and living the lives of their choosing. The purpose of this blog is to share our every day lives (and my not-so-humble opinons) with anyone interested in stopping by. We hope this will give a glimpse of how natural learning unfolds from day to day......

Sierra's slideshow

My girl just showed me this slideshow she sent all her friends at myspace. I just had to steal the code of course.:) If you need to shut off the sound, the little icon to the right of the star will do that for ya.

again with the crying...it's not like my nose wasn't running already...sheesh!!

i love the pix of you & sadie and then of me & sierra...our girls with their other mothers =) sweet!

the song made it perfect (and probably what sparked the waterworks) because i kept seeing them all singing it at ARGH and how much fun they have together and the strength of their bond that helped them all overcome their nervousness about singing in front of everyone (well, i think karina is used to it. but sadie has never done that before).

it's just a beautiful thing and it keeps getting better all the time!!

Beautiful! The happiness of Jason Mraz's music is the perfect sound to fit such happy pictures.
